"Anansi & the Lost Sun" is a 50-minute puppet show that celebrates African and Caribbean culture, designed for children aged 4 and older, along with their families. Our beautiful puppets, for which we were nominated for an OFFIE in 2023, tell the story of the legendary trickster Anansi the Spider, accompanied by stunning traditional West African music.

The Anansi stories are are humorous, lively, empowering, and community-led narratives and an important part of our multicultural heritage. Originating from African traditions, they possess a universal appeal for people in modern Britain.
Additionally, we offer workshops in puppet-making and shadow puppetry, utilising everyday materials or waste to create all our puppets.
